Today, business is turning towards the most modern technologies. Many events often use presentation and music equipment, which always increases technical challenges! At the same time, the development of technologies must be justified by the tasks set.
Meeting Point provides separate premises for its clients: meeting rooms, offices and conference rooms. Essentially, a coworking space, but with all the technological amenities and the provision of meeting rooms, mini offices and conference rooms of various sizes. Our company has developed a diagram of audio equipment and its full functionality, incl. use of the latest technologies in the field of sound and presentation equipment. Technologically, a connection diagram and easy control were designed for 5 zones of the new conference area of the Meeting Point company.
The two main conference rooms have expansions due to connections with business living rooms, while at the same time, business living rooms should have their own music background when separated from the conference room. An additional separate entrance area is the reception area, where your own musical content should also be played.
In a complex configuration, our company offered a multifunctional processor BSS BLU-50, with a wall-mounted control panel BSS EC-8BV, which allows you to adjust the volume level for individual zones from the reception area, as well as combine two, three, four or five zones into a single music space.
Each conference room is equipped with a Proel STUDIORK12 rack, which includes an easy-to-use Soundcraft UI-16 rack digital mixing console, AKG Perception Wirreless 45 Vocal Set and Pres Sut radio microphones with bodypack transmitters. Electro-Voice PA2250T power amplifier, which powers the main acoustic systems of the hall JBL Control 25 WH.
In the main server room there is a multifunctional media player Apart Audio PC1000 and to amplify the sound on the ceiling speakers Electro-Voice EVID C8.2LP - a proven and reliable power amplifier Apart Revamp 4120T.

Acoustic and electroacoustic calculations of concert halls are important tasks in the design and construction of concert venues. They allow you to determine the optimal parameters of the hall, such as the size of the stage, the number and location of speaker systems, as well as the power and placement of lighting equipment.
Acoustic calculation determines the sound pressure that must be achieved at each point in the hall and allows you to determine the optimal placement of speakers to create the required sound field. Electroacoustic calculation allows you to determine the required power of electroacoustic systems and the distribution of this power between the speakers.
Both calculations are carried out using specialized programs and methods, such as the reverberation method, the source radiation method, the superposition method, etc. These programs allow you to determine the optimal size of the hall, the location of the speakers and other parameters that will create a high-quality sound field and ensure comfortable listening to music for all spectators.
Acoustic calculations are performed for rooms where constant sound of music, voices, and other sound effects is planned. Residential premises also need similar design, but not as clearly as specialized ones. For example, theaters, assembly halls, and presentation rooms must undergo a special inspection.
Today, special attention is paid to old concert halls and theater facilities, since previously no acoustic design was done there, but now this stage is one of the requirements for the reconstruction or construction of specialized areas.
1. Determine system requirements: Before starting the design, it is necessary to determine the system requirements. This may include power, frequency range, number of channels, etc.
2. Selection of components: After determining the requirements, the components of the system must be selected. These could be amplifiers, speakers, mixing consoles, cables, etc. It is important to select components that meet your requirements and provide the best sound quality.

4. System Testing: Once the circuit has been designed, the system must be tested to ensure its functionality. This may include checking all components and connections, as well as testing the sound at different power levels.
5. System Setup: After successfully testing the system, you need to tune it for the best sound quality. This may include adjusting volume levels, channel balance, phase correction, etc.
