Recently, our team did the sound work for the “Barberia” salon – a men’s hairdressing salon, where it was necessary to create 3 independent zones in a small room to separately regulate the sound level.

The first zone is, of course, the common room of the salon, where there are seats for clients in front of mirrors along the wall. To prevent background music from interrupting the conversation between the client and the master, we placed small JBL speaker systems on the ceiling, behind the master. Thus, a direct speech signal will always be between the master and the client, and behind the master there are speakers suspended from above, from which background music sounds. We hung 3 of these JBLControl 52 speakers and directed them to the client seats, and the 4th sounded the waiting area near the reception. To expand the frequency range, the sound signal passes through the JBL Control 50S/T subwoofer, which is suspended from the ceiling. All 5 acoustic systems are enhanced by a CVGaudio M483T mixer-amplifier; connecting the acoustics to a low-impedance mode gives more sound coloration and sound quality.

In a separate VIP room, we installed the Turbosound ATHENS TCS52C-T-WH ceiling system with a CVGAudio wall-mounted volume control, which fits beautifully into the simple design. And also the CVGAudio CRX6T ceiling system was installed in the bathroom. The amplifier for all this was chosen JBL CSA240Z, which is divided into 2 zones for separate control.

The entire system was installed quickly and progressed along with the renovation work.
